Doug Webb: Chief Financial Officer, London Stock Exchange Group
Doug Webb is Chief Financial Officer of the London Stock Exchange Group and has been a member of the Practitioner Panel – representing stock exchanges – since November 2010.
Doug was appointed to the Board of London Stock Exchange Group in June 2008. Prior to this, he was at QinetiQ Group plc from 2003 to 2008, becoming its Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Previously he had a number of finance roles at Logica plc and Price Waterhouse. He was appointed a non-executive director of SEGRO plc in May 2010.
In addition, Doug is a member of the Investor Relations & Markets Committee of the Hundred Group of Finance Directors and of the International Integrated Reporting Committee (IIRC) Steering Committee.
